Mountains
These were the first pictures of the mountains I took, driving into the Alps. It filled me with awe. Mountains and Yoga are connected. Yoga originated in the highest mountains in the world, the Himalaya’s, in which the “Rishi”s” ( The sages ) practiced meditation in seclusion. Mountains offer a natural environment for contemplation. The silence is definitely palpable here in the Alps. Mountains stand for higher awareness and they symbolize the axis between earth and cosmos.

Renewal

Cold weather remedy
Wisconsin has been offered incredibly, cold weather, this results in the fact that our bodies may feel stiff and stagnant. Cold muscles are tighter muscles, it is important to not push in depth. The Netherlands
