In the early morning silence, the darkness surrounding me like a heavy blanket, I am reflecting on this message.
To me it is the sweet nectar of bees.
My choices for a more balanced life, for a happy, steady rhythm, come from the small action steps I put in place.
These routines makes me feel safe, whole and fully alive.
Let’s define what “ROUTINE” means:
-A routine is a sequence of actions or habits that you do repeatedly.
-Every routine is powerful, because we are what we do.
-Routines put us in an optimal state.
-It fosters a well-worn groove for our mental energies.
-Routines bring order to your day.
In our Yoga practice, routine helps us to find ease and comfort in our physical bodies.
