When our spine is misaligned, it effects our energy levels and our mood.
The spine is the main vehicle for Prana ( vitality ) in our body.
When our spine releases, our mind calms down.
The main channel that runs along the spine is called: “Sushumna”.
It allows energy to travel from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.
In this Yoga class we will awaken the spine through exploring the six ways the spine moves.
We will develop tools to strengthen and release the spine through deep core connection, breathing exercises and our Asana’s.
