Transverse Abdominal is the deepest of the abdominal muscles. It lives in the lower belly. It is an important core muscle and its primary function is to stabilize the lumbar spine and the pelvis. In this class: We will address "sit-ups", "dead Bug-cycles” and we will play with slower Sun-Salutations. As a prop, you will need a block or a thicker book. See you on the mat!
