The literal translation of Yoga Nidra is “Yogic Sleep”.
Which is not a complete enough expression of this rich and conscious practice.
Yoga Nidra supports mental, physical and emotional awareness on a deep level.
The simple, yet powerful Yoga practice has many health benefits:

-It helps us to rejuvenate and relax.
-It changes deep seated negative habits.
-It improves our sleep patterns.
-It enhances our creativity.
-It is a natural "mood-booster”.
Today we will explore our inner landscape through Yoga Nidra.
All you will need for the practice is a blanket to cover yourself ( you will cool off during the practice.)
And a nice pillow to rest your head on.
The practice will be 20 Minutes long.
We will prepare for it in the first 30 Minutes with warming Sun Salutations.
