Yogi Mind Set

Yoga proclaims the possibility of growth for every person who will put in the sincere effort of the practice.

The question then is: “how do we measure that growth?

What exactly are the personality traits one can expect to find in a Yogi?

There are no external or visible identification marks or habits by which a Yogi can be recognized.

The Yogi is noticeably by her/his/their mind-set.

Mind-set characteristics:

-A Yogi is balanced and not disturbed by outward experiences.

-A Yogi is happy and fulfilled from within his own self and is contented with whatever comes his way.

-A Yogi is active in society but never expects anything and therefor never feels frustrated.

-A Yogi loves and forgives easily.

The practice of Yoga is a technique to plug one’s self into this Universal Energy.

It develops harmony between the self and the universe.

In this class we will enjoy the calming and deeply centering qualities

of our Asana’s ( Poses.)
