Wind and emotions



Greetings from the windy harbor of Wellington, New Zealand, where the weather pattern shifts each moment.

I feel that this reflects the tone of our emotions, ever changing as well.

Our Yoga practice can aid by steadying our emotions, helping us to feel calm and peaceful, no matter what curveball gets thrown to us.


Today we will focus on mood and energy balance in our Yoga poses.
