to put one's best foot forward means, to act or appear at one’s best.

Our feet are our foundation for life.

Happy feet can release tension higher up and dissolve neck pain, jaw tension and migraines.

All the joints in the feet ( 26 in total ) need balance in mobility and stability.

In our Yoga practice today we will discover the three arches of the feet to build healthy posture.

Please bring body lotion, a paper towel and a tennis bal to class tonight!
