The senses

Often we are bombarded with sensory input and this refs up our Nervous System.

Today, in Yoga, we will explore the senses.

Our main three senses are connected with the elements:

-Seeing with fire.

-Hearing with ether.

-Touching with air.

When we balance our senses, we will jump-start healing.

In this class we will practice Sound meditation, experiment with “eye” exercises and work with the movement of air on our skin.

You will need A SMALL TOWEL or an EYE PILLOW.
