The Breath

The breath is one of the most powerful therapeutic tools

Where the breath moves in the body there is health, and where the breath is frozen in the body, there is dis-ease.

In this class we will practice using the breath to stimulate the body’s Healing Force.

We will explore the relationship between breath and posture.

We will watch how our own breath moves in each pose.

And we will practice Prana Yama ( Breathing exercises. )

For this class you will need a BLANKET.
