Uninterrupted time around flowers, trees and greenery has been shown to lower heart rate and blood pressure and trigger a healthy immune response.
The "flower essences” developed by Edward Bach harness the power of flowers to heal the whole person, mind, body and spirit.
I find his flower essence “rescue remedy” against anxiety very effective, it consists of: Rock Rose, Clematis, Impatiens, Cherry Plum and Star of Bethlehem.
And I regularly look for the aid of Lavender, to calm my system at night.
Our Summer Yoga practice today will boost our connection with the present season.
