Start planting


While the ground is thawing, resilient crocuses are one of the first flowers to sprout.

Spring is announcing the time for planting.

This is not limited to the physical action steps of putting seeds or starter- plants in the ground.

We can also dig into the soil of our own mind, creating new seeds for our projects and our dreams.

It is a time for our potential to arise in the sunlight.

In our Yoga practice, we will support our bodies for both the physical gardening as well as the

renewal of our creative endeavors.

We will play with the shoulder girdle and we will add many different twists to soften hard toxins and help flush them out of the body.

Please bring a BLOCK to the practice!
