Soon the daffodils will start to bloom! It is an exciting time, the melting of Winter and the tender signs of Spring.
In Baraboo the geese have settled down at the river to nest.
In Yoga we will follow this gentle pattern of the awakening of the elements.
And our practice will circle around the slow changes in nature.
We will allow our muscles and joints to adjust to the new season
in: Mountain pose,Triangle, Bow pose, Cobra, Forward bend and Spinal twists.
