Side Strength

The Lateral Fascia ( connective tissue ) line in our body is key to strength.

In order for the side body to work properly we want to draw from the ability to move it and to stabilize it. Which are opposite qualities, I know…

To balance the two needs is the answer.

In this Yoga class we will explore releasing the side line in our Crescent Moon stretches and we will challenge ourselves in our Half Moon poses.

Please bring a block or a kitchen chair to class today.
