Today, in Yoga we will celebrate the rich quality of movement, breath and grounding.

Our interconnectedness and the shifts we experience, when we practice Yoga, lays the foundation for health.

Many people have exhausted themselves with overwork or emotional stress.

When we feel that our health is poor in certain area’s, we can strengthen these weak links in our practice.

Yoga creates systemic vitality.

We will gently wake up the slumbering energy flow and increase our circulation.

For this practice you will need a YOGA BLOCK.
