The Chinese have recognized this fact for thousands of years.
To remedy a stressful period in the world, we will particularly address the Kidneys.
What are the signs of Kidney stress?
-Dryness in the skin
The kidney’s relate to other body tissue; Namely the Psoas muscle and the Hamstrings.
When our Kidneys are chronically over stimulated, we will most likely feel tight or weak in these muscles. Our Yoga practice will be geared to unwinding this tension.
