Inner radiance

On some mornings we wake up vibrant and ready to embrace the day. And then there are mornings when the simplest tasks feel heavy. We try to solve it with more sleep, more coffee, or more motivation.
What we often truly need is to connect with the energy within, that is quietly waiting for us. Yoga helps us to uncover that inner source. Every conscious breath invites fresh life into the body. Each movement creates space for vitality to flow. As we move through our practice we are clearing away tension so our natural radiance can emerge.
Energy is different than physical stamina. It is more gentle and always present. It is the feeling of release after a long exhale, and the confidence that arises when our body, mind and breath begin to move together. In our Yoga practice we nourish our Nervous System when we feel depleted. We cultivate strength without pushing ourselves. The most important tool to awakening our energy is presence. We reclaim ourselves.
Presence is deeply restorative. Energy in nature moves in cycles. The Sun rises each morning without striving. The rivers move without force. Trees stand rooted while reaching towards the light. We, too, are part of that same rhythm. We do not have to earn our energy. We simply create the conduit to receive it.
"May our practice leave us feeling lighter, brighter, and deeply nourished."
Much love,
Marielle
