Today’s practice will be all about taking excess heat out of our bodies and our minds.
So you can be/feel your best self again.
Our Yoga will be geared to slowing down, twists, forward bends and longer, restorative holds.
We will open the side ribs all through the practice, so excess heat can release.
Please bring a STRAP to class.
