On our Yoga mats we create an opportunity to observe our thoughts, emotions and physical sensations without judgment or attachment.
The unhealthy beliefs we hold about ourselves can rise to the surface and be released.
Today’s class features Rabbit pose:
It flexes our spine and relieves tension in the neck. It activates the Thyroid Gland and helps regulate our hormones. It increases blood flow to our head and sinuses and relieves stress.
Our practice will lift our mood and calm our system so we can see ourselves better.
