Presence


There is a way of life that is refreshing like a Yoga practice, where we engage all our senses vividly and where we are alert and relaxed.

We can allow ourselves to be present in each moment and to let life show up for us.

The ripple in a lake playing with the sunlight.

A leave floating in the wind.

Red berries in a basket.

Children voices.

The warmth and activation of a fire.

In our Yoga poses we practice new languages to stay happy and free in our lives.

We create more opportunities to be open minded and creative when we bring our bones, muscles and blood flow in different directions. And standing grounded and firm in our balancing poses helps us strengthen our focus on our goals.

In this class we will use a STRAP.
