Yoga is the path of finding a synthesis between the body and the mind.
If we control all aspects of our body and our breath, we demonstrate that we don’t trust our bodies. And we become tense and rigid.
In our Yoga practice, today, we will balance the fine line between effort and surrender.
We will explore optimal alignment, to find health.
And there will be moments in the practice, where we will let go of control and give the body a chance to flourish.
Sometimes what is needed is to consciously get out of the way,
to reconnect with our authenticity and our natural energy flow.
