Hi friends and yoga lovers,
I am excited to teach my second, ever, Yoga class online.
It has been very nurturing to connect with you this way.
To feel each others strength and heart in community is very powerful.
It enlivens our genuine openness and we can dive a little deeper into ourselves.
Simply showing up on the mat with whatever rings true for us, unpolished and raw.
Our practice then trains us to be honest, loving and compassionate towards ourselves.
In this state of wonder and presence, we can shower our world with peace and love.
