Tightness in the neck is a fairly common phenomenon.
In this class we will dive into some of the neck muscles:
Namely: Sternocleidomastoid and the Scalenes.
Both are deeply involved with healthy inhalation.
Our practice will be gentle and slow, since respiratory muscles can be connected to trauma
and the release of a chronic holding pattern requires patience and kindness.
