When we don’t enjoy something, we say: “ that is not my cup of tea.”
The art of an enjoyable Yoga practice is self awareness; what are my strengths and my weaknesses?
It teaches us to work with the body we have, without pushing ourselves, nor making the challenge too big, avoiding adding on another layer of tension.
In class today we will emphasize our own Yoga journey.
Using it as the medicine Tea once was in the ancient Chinese culture.
We will focus on one simple question: "what do I feel?”
In our centering, breathing, core-awakening, our standing and balancing
poses, back and forward bends, twists and final relaxation.
