This Yoga class will nourish our Nervous System and helps us access the energetic communication in our body.
Stress disconnects us from our heart and we start functioning from an automatic pilot.
In our practice we will learn how to recognize this break in communication and how to reset and refresh our system.
- diaphragmatic breathing.
-Expanding and releasing the rib case.
-Alternating back bends with forward Bends.
For this class you will need a strap and a block.
