Lymph Nodes

It feels good to clean my home for Christmas.

Getting into the spirit of December, the month of the light.

Focusing on our Lymphatic System will be a pre-Holiday practice to keep our body clean and refreshed.

The Lymphatic System helps to keep our Immune System strong and resilient.

The Lymph Nodes are small lumps of tissue that contain white blood cells which fight infections.

They filter our lymph fluid, which consists fluid and waste products created by the body.

We can ONLY activate the Lymph Nodes through movement.

We have plenty of Lymph Nodes in our arm pits and our hip creases.

We will express lots of flow in our practice today.

Hopefully it will help us feel rejuvenated and at peace.

Much love,

“To go wrong in one’s own way is better than to go right in someone else”s.”

-Fyodor Dostoevsky
