If there is dysfunction, we will experience head aches.
The Nervous System connects to the entire spine.
Cortisol is a hormone that gets produced when you are stressed out consistently.
It affects the Nervous System and hinders your reflexes, concentration and memory.
Regular practice of Yoga will keep your Cortisol levels low.
In this class we will allow our gentle breathing exercises to reset our Nervous System.
We will stimulate the different parts of the spine to activate healthy Nerve Function.
You will need a BLOCK for this Yoga class.
