Happy chemicals

It”s been proved by scientific studies: while cycling, happy chemicals like serotonin, are being released in the blood stream.

Serotonin is a mood neurotransmitter responsible for positive feelings and self confidence.

Yoga is also a natural path to increase Serotonin production and to avoid depression.

The poses we will practice today are:

-Bicycle sit ups

-Reversed table

-Roll-down and up flow

-Boat pose.
