Going with the flow

There is a rich quality in movement in Yoga. We are working our bodies in a gentle way.

We don’t hold on too tight to the form and keep space to allow spontaneity to happen.

It encourages us to stay in the moment, while improving our attention span.

The slow speed calms down the mind and we get a better perspective of our spacial awareness.

Flow yoga blends breath, movement and poses as a whole.

The gradual transitions between the various poses helps us to attune to our own rhythm.

For this Yoga class, we will use a STRAP.
