Deepening our practice does not require us to perform more difficult poses.
Our practice deepens naturally as we closely attune to the inner flow of energy and awareness.
Guided from within, we move and stretch in ways that nurture the body, rebalance the emotions and fine-tune the mind.
Tonight we will move gently to soothe body and mind.
-Our sensations in our body will grow more distinct.
-Mental awareness refines: we will feel the difference between surface thinking and deeper, creative streams of thought.
-An attitude of compassionate self-observation emerges that expands self awareness and leads to breakthroughs and insights.
For the practice we will use A STRAP tonight.
