Tonight is the Full Moon.
The Full Moon has often been associated with strange or insane behavior.
This is where the therm “lunatic” ( influenced by the Moon ) comes from.
When the full Moon is round and completely illuminated. It represents completion, the height of power and the peak of clarity.
It is a time to celebrate your growth, take note of what progress you have made and to reflect on how far you have come.
it is also an excellent time to let go of what you do not need anymore. On a mental, physical, emotional and spiritual level.
In Yoga class we will meditate about our growth and our challenges.
And we will explore Moon-Salutations.
