Fall is in the air….
Time to turn more inward and rest our nervous system.
It is also a time to be creative and pick up different routines and hobbies.
Today we will work with three Fall qualities:
1- Grounding: our vitality moves from the roots upwards.
We can cultivate it and allow our whole body to be involved to build strength.
Through moving on the stable earth we will find body awareness.
2- Slowing down: gentle chest openers help boost the immune system.
Living with our heart open, expands our energetic field and makes us more resilient.
3- Letting Go: shedding tension and anything we don’t need anymore through our Fall- meditation.
