The Transverse Abdominis muscle is the deepest muscle in our lower belly.
The lower belly is our energy center, it holds our organs and creates stability and balance for our entire body.
This muscle wraps around the spine, if it can’t glide, it will tug on the vertebrae and cause pain.
We will spend our Yoga Asana's on toning this amazing muscle.
We will add “Kriya's" ( means: action, effort ), abdominal breathing and gentle twists to the practice to increase the gliding aspect.
