In this class we will enhance all layers of the Immune System by working with the Endocrine System.
Many glands make up the Endocrine System.
We will address four of them:
1. The Pineal gland is in the brain. It controls sleep and wake cycles. It produces Melatonin.
2. The Thyroid gland is located in the neck. The main functions are: Muscle and digestive health, bone maintenance and brain development.
3. The Thymus is between your lungs. It trains the white blood cells to recognize foreign cells and differentiate them from the body cells.
4. The Adrenals are on top of the kidneys. They help increases the heart rate and blood pressure, quickly distributing blood to where it is needed.
Throughout our practice we will stand still with the different parts of the Endocrine System through our "tapping practice.”
