Corset muscles

To sit, move and live with ease and poise, we need to engage our “corset" muscles.

They are named: Rectus Abdominal, or our famous Six-Pack abs.

And: the Obliques, or the Criss Cross muscles.

We will dedicate our Yoga class today to exploring the engagement, movement and stability of these muscle groups.
