Conscious Awareness

In order for us to become more present and to pick up the subtle sensations in our bodies,

we will use four tools today:

-We will warm up our bodies with low impact, repetitive motions, it will produce balanced, muscle tone support and a safe and beneficial Yoga experience. We will use the form of Sun-Salutes, Warriors, Balancing Poses.

-Sustaining a smooth flowing breath rhythm all through the practice.

-In our Floor Postures we will systematically revitalize the Organs and the Glands.

-Cultivating awareness to discover the connection to our authentic presence.
