“Come on, lets twist again…”
Twisting poses are extremely cleansing and they remedy excessive heat in the body and the mind.
The different functions of twists are:
-Down regulating the nervous system.
-Unwinding tension from the spine.
-Releasing the diaphragm and therefor improving breathing capacity
-Massaging the inner organs, allowing toxins to leave the body.
I hope you all are ready to savor twists in our Yoga practice tonight.
