There are many ways to care for ourselves.
We can go for a walk, read an inspiring book or take a nap.
Yoga is a diverse path that promotes healing, relaxation and endurance:
-In our standing poses we learn how to stand and move from strength instead of tension and therefor we will free the energy around the spine.
-In our seated poses we have a chance to practice opening our heart and our hips.
-In our meditation we open the pathways of our brain to more possibility and resilience.
Tonight in Yoga we will practice:
Dead bug, Sumo, Mountain, Warrior 2, Side Angle, Front Lunge, Projected lunge, Seated Twists and Alternate Nostril Breathing.
