With the hustle and bustle of the Holidays right around the corner, we will dedicate this Yoga class to down-regulating the nervous system.
To remedy feelings of overwhelm and anxiety and shed stagnant energy, we will practice twists and forward bends.
We will bring out our inner sunshine in the darkest month of the year through gentle Sun-Salutations, Goddess poses and breathing exercises.
Please bring a STRAP to the class.
