Prana Yama means breathing exercises.
Our breath is always there, whether we are aware of it or not, to sustain our system.
This is something we take for granted most of the time.
Prana Yama is a mindful breathing. It can increase our health and open doors in our mind.
Interwoven in this Yoga class we will practice a few different technics of breathing.
