We practice Yoga with compassion and acceptance towards where we are, our weaknesses, including our resistance to change.
In a bigger scale we tap into the true value of being non-judgmental and into our acceptance of all living beings.
In this class, we will practice finding our strength and flexibility, without compensating or pushing through.
