Tomorrow’s class will be about enhancing balance and flexibility, just as the drawing advertises.
I actually went to a performance of these acrobats in The Netherlands and I was so inspired that I had to capture them in a picture….
A fun fact of the performance was that the performers used objects of daily life to do their stunts:
A camper, apples, a clothing line and pieces of garments.
I wish this to be the gift of my Yoga classes, finding more ease, vitality and “glitter” in the ordinary day to day activities.
