Bringing ease and strength around the hip joints frees our movement and our mood significantly.
We tend to hold a lot of emotional energy around our hips.
The hips hold the weight of the entire torso and the skull in a resting position.
Since it is a ball and socket joint, we will find benefit in strengthening and finding slide and glide simultaneously.
We will practice external and internal rotation throughout our entire Yoga class today.
