In todays class we will explore Kurmasana: Turtle pose. This pose improves the flexibility of our hips and shoulders. It also enhances our circulation, especially to the brain. The pose calms the mind and reduces stress and anxiety.
Our practice will be slow and steady today, just like the turtles life.
