The mind/body connection in our body is most obvious in our breathing.
When faced with stress, we instinctively change the movement pattern of our diaphragm.
Our Nervous System is hard wired to shoot into our fight or fight response.
Most expressions of trauma or disease show that our bodies are locked in inhale-mode.
We have forgotten how to let go and to exhale.
In this Yoga class we will practice exhaling and as a result free up tight shoulders, neck and Psoas Muscle.
