Our self care depends on our quality of grounding, filling ourselves up with the deep minerals of the earth and tuning into life’s creative essence.

Anytime we will rest conscious awareness on the different parts of our body, root them and infuse them with breath, physical change will occur.

In this Yoga class we will invite our curiosity in our exploration process.

Dead-Bug cycles, cat/cow poses and Sun-Salutation sequences will turn our attention to the sensations, increasing a free flow of vitality.
