Valentine’s Day will be coming up and it is inspiring me to work with the connection of the heart with the arms.
The way we cook, drive or play music is expressing our heart.
And our heart is the seat of compassion.
In our Yoga poses, today, we will savour this “heartfelt” energy.
-In Down Dog, we will allow the diaphragm and the organs to nudge the heart to soften and open.
-In our Warrior poses, we will surround our heart with strength and more breath movement.
-In our twists, we will allow the tissue and the muscles to glide and slide more readily….
