The gateway to a strong IMUNE SYSTEM is: activating our lymph nodes.
The LYMPHATIC SYSTEM is a network of tissues and organs that help rid the body of toxins, waste and other unwanted materials.
The primary function of the lymphatic system is to transport lymph, a fluid containing infection-fighting white blood cells, throughout the body.
There are hundreds of lymph nodes in the body. They are located deep inside the body, such as around the lungs and heart, or closer to the surface, such as under the arm or groin. The practice of Yoga makes it very easy to access the Lymphatic System. This system only get’s refreshed by movement. Today, we will warm up and awaken the main pathways of the Lymph Nodes throughout our practice. “It does not matter how slowly you go; so long as you do not stop.” Confucius Much love, Marielle Zoom Meeting,1/21, 7PM, Central Time
