Stuck diaphragms are more common than we think.
Stress and anxiety are a big contributor to this state.
It tends to become a chronic problem because the tightness of the diaphragm hinders our breathing capacity. Less oxygen causes restrictions in our bodies and minds. It creates a disconnect from our emotions, our intuition and our creativity.
In class today, we will practice diaphragmatic breathing and we will add many twists in the Yoga class to release the diaphragm and to clear the path to more vibrant health.
