In this class we will address:
The Transverse Abdominal muscle.
The big muscles beneath the shoulder blades, Serratus Anterior
And the muscles that connect the shoulder blades to the spine, the Rhomboid Muscles.
Strength and stability in these muscles helps life energy to flow freely through the spine.
For this class you will need a BLOCK.
